In anticipation of York BID reaching the end of its first term, we are encouraging all our levy paying businesses to complete a short customer survey and give their views our on existing services, as well as putting forward priorities for the future. Feedback gathered from the consultation will be used to develop a new business plan which will carry the BID into its next 5 year term.
To complete the online survey click the link below and fill out the form by Friday 25th September. It only takes a few minutes.
Physical copies of the consultation brochure containing the survey will be distributed to all levy paying businesses during September 2020. If you would prefer to return your completed survey by post simply use the pre-paid envelope provided by Friday 25th September.
